    1. Social doctrines are based on specific historically and theologically based models of the co-existence of the numenosis, social and individual. From the author's point of view, in the Social Conception of ROC, the secular and spiritual confrontation continues in the life of modern society and there is a categorical and inflexible assessment, a striving for a state-Orthodox model of society. The social doctrine of the Council of Muftis of Russia is based on the idea of the “ummah” - the ideal, equivalent combination of religious and social, which determines the pragmatic teaching and its adaptability to social reality.
