  4. In 1980 he completed his studies at the Faculty of Orthodox Theology in Bucharest. In 1993 he obtained the title of Doctor of Theology from the University of Tubingen, Germany, Faculty of Evangelical Theology. Between 1993 and 2005 he taught History and Philosophy of Religions at the faculties of Theology and Letters of the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iasi. Between 2000 and 2004 he was the dean of the Faculty of Orthodox Theology of Iasi, member of the National Council for Attestation of Titles, Diplomas and Certificates (CNATDCU) of the Ministry of Education and evaluating expert in the National Council of Scientific Research in Higher Education (CNCSIS). Between 2005 and 2010 he was the director of the Doctoral School of the Faculty of Orthodox Theology, "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iasi. He is a member of the College of Honor of "Al.I. Cuza "in Iasi. Since 2008 he has been a Professor of History and Philosophy of Religions at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Orthodox Theology "Patriarch Justinian”. He published several books: The Testament of our Lord Jesus Christ, bilingual edition, translation from Latin, with notes and an introductory study, Polirom Ed., Iasi, 1996, The History and philosophy of religion in the ancient peoples, Ed.
