Nicolae Adrian Lemeni is a Romanian theologian, who served as State Secretary for the Cults in 2005-2007 as well as from 2009 until now. Prof. Lemeni acquired a degree in mechanical engineering in 1995 from the Polytechnic University of Timisoara and then a Bachelor, a Masters and a PhD in Theology from the Faculty of Orthodox Theology of the University of Bucharest. Adrian Lemeni is a lecturer in Dogmatic Theology and Fundamental Theology at the Faculty of Orthodox Theology of the University of Bucharest. Prof. Lemeni has written two books and dozens of articles in various theological journals and newspapers
