Igor Ivanovich Sikorskiy – an outstanding engineer and scientist, the creator of first ingenious constructions of multiengine heavy planes, first “flying ships” and amphibians, and also famous helicopters of Sykorsky. The winner of James Watt Golden Medal – the most prestigious world reward in engineering, and at the same time he was a remarkable Orthodox thinker, one of the leaders of Russian Orthodox emigration in America.
