   1. Panagiotis Skaltsis graduated from the School of Theology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He continued postgraduate studies in theology and history of divine worship in Rome. His doctoral dissertation, written under the supervision of Professor Ioannis Phountoulis, was titled Γάμος και Θεία Λειτουργία: Συμβολή στην ιστορία και τη θεολογία της λατρείας (Betrothal and Divine Liturgy: Contribution to the History and Theology of Worship). Now he is Professor of Liturgics at the School of Theology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has published articles and books around the topic of liturgy. He is a frequent contributor to the magazine Εφημέριος (Parish Priest), published by the Holy Synod of the Church of Greece, and he is also director of the website Καταλλαγή (), which is dedicated to sharing information about public events and discussions concerning the liturgy.
