   1. Prof. Edward B. Davis holds a Chair in Messiah College. He holds a BS in Physics from Drexel University (1975), a MA in HPS from Indiana University (1981) and a PhD in History of Science from the same University (1984). He has taught in Vanderbilt University and then in Messiah College from 1985. His research interests include Christianity. Christianity and science since 1600, the "Scientific Revolution," early history of antievolutionism and Protestant modernist efforts to control the image of science in America.
