Milan Bozic started his engineering career in the industry of precision mechanics and the Institute "Mihajlo Pupin" in Belgrade, where he first encountered the issues of innovation. In 1971, he started working for the Federal Patent Office, working first on the examination of patent applications, and then as the closest associate of Dr. Dragutin Boskovic, the creator of the Innovation Movement in Yugoslav territories.
He was an important social worker and patent engineer, working through various institutions for over 30 years, who mainly worked on the development of inventive activity in Yugoslavia. He was a member of the Belgrade and Serbian Association of inventors, served as assistant to the Federal Minister of Science and Technology and Secretary of the Committee for Science and Technology of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
He wrote extensively about the great scientist who glorified Serbian nation and science in the world, such as: Mihajlo Pupin, Milutin Milanković, Nikola Tesla, Simo Lozanić, Mihajlo Petrović, Dobrivoje Božić, Nikola Bizumić and others. He put special emphasis on the life and work of Mihajlo Pupin as one of the greatest scientist, philanthropist and patriots, perceiving him as the greatest Christian of all.
