   1.  Prof Mincho Georgiev teaches at the Medical University in Sofia. He also has a long work experience at the department for social medicine at the Medical Academy in Sofia and the Institute of ethnology. His main research interests are in history and theory of medicine and in cultural anthropology. Prof Georgiev has published a number of monographs on history of medicine and medical anthropology.
