   1. Ivan Hristov is a professor in philosophy at Theological Faculty of the Sofia University. He specializes in Christian philosophy and adaptations of the ancient philosophy by Christian theologian. Prof. Hristov is a director of the Centre for study of patristic studies at the Sofia University. He has numerous publications on patristic studies and has led the publication in Bulgarian of numerous classic texts of the Church Fathers.
