The Medicine of Love is more than an invitation to meditation. It is an insight into an imaginary journey towards our increasingly "technical" and consumeristic self. It is an invitation to prayer, to speaking with God, trying to unravel ourselves from the worries of this secularized world. The authors suggest that in the midst of the hustle and bustle of daily life we forget to consider the "the age to be". This book is a testimony of professional experience in multiethnic, multicultural and multireligious societies, which shows the need for communication with man, with this delicate creation of God that does not cease to do miracles. For the medical act performed with love is a joint work of man with God in almost perfect synergy: patient-doctor-God. Fighting for life shows the greatness of life, as a gift of God to man. From this perspective, considering the deep meaning of the sacrificial love of Jesus Christ on the Cross, we will understand that there is no love without sacrifice, nor death without Resurrection.
