   1. Vladislav Olkhovsky was born on February 5, 1938 in Primorsky Krai. In 1960 he graduated from the radiophysical faculty of the Kiev State University. Since 1989, he became Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, and since 1992 professor in the field of nuclear physics. He has taught at the Kiev Institute of Nuclear Research, the University of Messina, and led course projects at the University of Catania in Sicily.He is a member of the American Mathematical Society, the Ukrainian Physical Society, a corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of Messina, Catania, and the New York Academy of Sciences. His research interests include the analytic theory of S matrices, the superlumination phenomenon, time problems in quantum physics, the need for time, the fundamental problems of quantum physics of living organisms, time analysis of nuclear fusion in the Universe and nuclear chronometry.
