    1. This article is devoted to the forms of comunication between educational system of Moscow Theological Academy and the representatives of scientific community (lecturers, researches etc.). Mumrikov argues, that the Orthodox theological tradition had always been characterised by a tendency to interact with scientific knowledge - not only humanitarian, but natural as well.

Consequently, the development of interuniversity cooperation in the field of dialogue between theology and the natural sciences is gradually becoming one of the priority activities of the Moscow Theological Academy, as it was in pre-revolutionary times, but, of course, in a completely different historical context. However, the words spoken by VI. Vernadsky (1863-1945) even in that distant era, as we see, do not lose their relevance today: "Not to mention the inevitable and constantly observed nutrition of science by ideas and concepts that have arisen both in the field of religion and in the field of philosophy - a diet that requires simultaneous work in these different areas of consciousness, it is necessary to pay attention to the reverse process that passes through all spiritual history of mankind. The growth of science inevitably causes, in turn, an extraordinary expansion of the boundaries of philosophical and religious consciousness of the human spirit: religion and philosophy, having perceived the achieved ... data, further expand the deep recesses of the human consciousness.
