    1. In the XX - early XXI centuries several approaches to the comprehension of evolutionism - the key paradigm of modern natural science - were suggested. The common task was to resolve the contradictions between the Biblical revelation and modern scientific ideas. Meanwhile, almost every proposed model excludes others, being at the same time far from perfect, from the dogmatic point of view. The candidate of theology, Professor of Moscow Theological Academy, the associate professor of the St.Tikhon's Theological University, father Oleg Mumrikov, is trying to indicate the lack of self-sufficiency and at the same time the complementarity of some of the approaches considered.
