The article’s aim is to respond to recent pro-evolutionary publications in Bulgarian journals contesting some of the claims of supporters of evolutionary theory. The latter originated from mature social needs - the urge to emancipate from God, and demand for alternative worldviews in the 19th century, according to the author. Gagov claimed the evolutionist views are firmly rooted in atheism. The article noted various questions, including conceptions for the new world order (driven by the USA since the second half of the 20 century), the important role of people with Jews and of freemasonry in the world history, and the role of money as the “most powerful instrument” to exert power. The author also argued in favor of the presence of spiritual influences upon social life, and criticized advancing scientism. Gagov also discussed the role of religious beliefs in rational and non-rational social developments.
