The employees of the Scientific and Practical Institute of Personality Psychology took an active part in the final stage of creation of the fundamental collective monograph "Christian Psychology in the Context of a Scientific Worldview" published at the end of 2017 by the publishing house "Nikea". The monograph sums up the activities of the Moscow Scientific and Practical School of Christian Psychology.

      The book represents the first comprehensive analysis of the cultural, historical and methodological foundations of Christian psychology as a significant trend of psychological science and practice. The principles of relationships with other psychology trends are considered, the boundaries of competences between church counseling and psychological counseling are determined, the ways of applying Christian psychology to solving actual theoretical and practical problems are indicated.

      The monograph reveals general, cross-cutting principles and foundations of the psychology trend that has been developing in Russia for more than a quarter of a century and can be designated as the Moscow school of Christian psychology, despite the individuality and heterogeneity of the authors.
