Teresa Obolevitch is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Philosophy at the Pontifical University od John Paul II, in Krakow. She is also a member of the Congregation of the Sisters Servants of the Mother of God the Virgin of the Immaculate Conception (SBDNP). After enrolling in the medical primary vocational school in Minsk, she earned a PhD in from the Pontifical University of John Paul II (2005). In 2012, she received a postdoctoral degree in habilitation from the Faculty of Humanities in Philosophy . In 2008-2012 she served as Editor-in-Chief of the journal " Logos and Ethos" and later taught the course "Science and religion" at the Faculty of Philosophy of the UPJPII under the auspices of the Copernicus Center for Interdisciplinary Studies. She is an honorary member of the W. Soloviev in St. Petersburg. She has published over 150 scientific papers and 5 books, concerning history of philosophy, Russian philosophy and the relationship between knowledge and faith.
