    1. The author of the article discusses time and eternity from the point of view of physics. Time, in contrast to space spread in different directions, stretches only in one direction. The author believes that "the very concept of time can be interpreted as a way to indicate the irreversibility of certain processes," which is independent of man. Time is something necessary for the existence of this irreversibility. “We are talking about a major, fundamental physical law, even more than a law - about a principle that physicists have little to say about”.

Eternity is not a long time; it is the absence of time. Eternity is everything: the past, the present and the future, from the point of view of physics, when everything exists simultaneously and always. "Everything exists, and we are moving along with it. Someone drags us along it; a quantum of time has passed and everything has changed - as it seems to us. But in fact, nothing has changed. Everything stays as it was. It's just that we have changed, we have been dragged ... And this of our movement we perceive as the movement of time."

For clarity, the author envisages the fourth axis of coordinates in addition to three ordinary axes; one can move forward along it, but the axis exists all at the same time, regardless of someone's movement. "No one sees it, except for God the Lord. This whole axis is eternity, eternity as a stationary time in its entire mass - the past, the present and the future. It exists, and we move along it," - the author argues.
