Born in 1968 in Volos, Nikos Lygeros raised and educated in France where his family moved. He is a Greek mathematician, writer, poet, painter, director, dealing with music, sociology, economics, archeology, management, strategy and geopolitics. He is a special adviser to the National Defense School, the Air Force School, the Police Academy etc. He is also an interpreter-translator in French courts.
As a researcher he holds various world records in the fields of mathematics. He is the Greek who holds the highest IQ on the Stanford-Binet scale and he is considered as the " one of the 50 smarter people in the world. Lygeros had been a visiting professor at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the Democritus University of Thrace etc. He is also scientific advisor to the Constantin Carathéodory’s Friends Association, aiming to promote the scientific work of Constantin Carathéodory (1873-1950), the greatest mathematician of modern Greece. Lygeros is a prolific and multi-faceted writer. He published many articles and books on divergent fields, scientific and artistic too.
