    1. The book is one among the most comprehensive works written in Bulgarian on this topic that has attracted the attention of a number of authors. It combines a wide array of arguments against the ecumenist movement – dogmatic, historical and etc. The authors have made an overview of Church history and dogmas, and the organization and ideas of the contemporary ecumenical movement (at places referred to as modern or Geneva ecumenism), aimed to prove that the Orthodox Church is bearer of the true faith. Also, they referred on a number of occasions to the positions of pronounced Orthodox critics of the ecumenism.

Among the key statements of the book is that the ecumenism is heresy against the dogmas of the Church. According to the authors, it is in conflict with the dogmatic and canonical practice of the ancient Church and it brings the Orthodoxy closer to the heresies that were dismissed by the early Ecumenical Councils. In addition, the ecumenism rejects old concepts and produces new ones in order to blur borders between denominations. It also uses methods of the heretics, selectively choosing parts of the biblical text. In the name of its plan for unity, the ecumenism forces the Orthodoxy to make dogmatic retreats. Moreover, it spreads an inferior to the Orthodox Church secular spirit.
