   1. Professor Zoran Stokic graduated from the department of Mechanics at the Faculty of Mathematics, University in Belgrade in 1979. In 1987, he obtained his Magistrate, and in 1996 defended doctoral dissertation "Newton's epistemology, Duhems conventionalism and the aim and structure of physical theories".

      Since 1980, professor Stokic works at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, at the department of Mechanics. From 1980, he holds the title of the Associate Professor. 

      His research focuses on epistemology and applied mechanics.
