The article contested theories of accidental origin of life, looking at the achievements of physics – the fundamental basis of the natural sciences – and the use of the mathematic formulas as a universal language. Its main questions are why mathematics is so effective in describing the world and whether it gives evidence for the existence of an intelligent Creator. Who has given the human beings capabilities to discover? The characteristic of the mathematical language is that it allows scientists to express ideas in a clear and concise form, statements that the author supported quoting famous physicists. In addition, various scientific discoveries have proven the precise relationship between the mathematical structures and the material world. So, mathematics turns out to be that abstract way of thinking through which one can grab the essence of the invisible. Many physicists were amazed with the fact of how perfectly everything fits in the world, which according to the author is an indirect acknowledgment that implies the existence of a divine design. Another argument put forward is that the current cosmology paradigm presumes such a precision that its scope is beyond our ability to comprehend.
According to the author, physics and mathematics show that we live in a created and intelligently regulated world, which is close to the central Biblical idea that the act of creation is an expression of divine will. In addition, Biblical anthropology was drawn to explain the human mind and was made a reference to book Genesis (2: 19. 20) suggesting the capabilities of the human mind to study and analyze nature.
