Vassilieios Manimanis studied Physics in the University of Crete. He has a MSc in Astronomy by the Louisiana State University was awarded a PhD in Astronomy in 2002, by the University of Athens. His research interests include double binary systems, photometry and early Christian and byzantine cosmology. He has written 35 articles in peer-reviewed journals and 58 presentations in scientific conferences.
