- Efstratios Theodossiou is an astrophysicist and a historian of science in the University of Athens. He graduated with a Diploma in Mathematics from the University of Thessaloniki in 1972 and acquired his PhD in Astrophysics from the University of Athens in 1984. He became a Reader in the Department of Physics in the same university in 1985, an Assistant Professor of Observation Astronomy in 1988 and am Associate Professor in History and Philosophy of Astronomy and Natural Sciences in 2004. He has published more than 300 articles (alone or in collaboration) on the topics of astronomy, astrophysics and in history of astronomy. He has also published 28 books and has presented and curated three popular series of documentaries on science and astronomy.
