   1. Todor Velchev has a PhD in physics and teaches astrophysics and cosmology at the Sofia University. He was participant in various media programmes and public debates where he supported the Christian view on various issues concerning science and culture. He was born in an atheist family in the late 1960s but became religious in the early 1990s. He was among the founders of HARTA, an organisation for Christian apologetic, and has a number of publications on questions concerning science and religion.
